Over 18 miles of rail-trail have been completed, with improvements funded by state and county funds. The Lebanon Valley Rails-to-Trails has been working to provide a safe and enjoyable outdoor space through Lebanon County since 1996. LebTown recently visited with Wengert to update readers on the rail trail’s progress. Wengert had just received an updated chart from the engineering firm in charge of the 25.7-mile rails-to-trails project.
